Can I try Kong Metrics for free?
Yes! The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get access to the basic performance dashboard for one GSC property. When you are ready for more, you can upgrade to Pro or Agency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal via Paddle, our payment processor. Paddle also handles invoicing and tax compliance worldwide.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If Kong Metrics is not the right fit, contact us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved for 30 days after downgrading. During this period, you can upgrade again to regain access. After 30 days, data beyond your plan's retention limit may be archived.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Your Google credentials are never stored — we use OAuth tokens with minimal required scopes. All data is hosted on secure infrastructure in the EU.
